The founding team has published considerably on the topic of protein aggregation and protein behavior (1-14). These works include six different proteins, which can make fibrous agglomerations. These include the Aβ-Peptide (Alzheimer’s disease), α-Synuclein (Parkinson’s disease) and the Prion Protein (Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease).
